Our product warranty period is one year from the date the customer receives the product. During the warranty period, if your goods appear non-human damage, failure or quality problems, we will provide service support.
Warranty
All our products come with a one-year warranty from the date of sale. The warranty covers the condition of the product upon delivery to you, but does not cover damage caused during your use. To apply for warranty service, you will need to provide proof of purchase.
Upon receiving your product, we will immediately inspect and assess it. If it is confirmed to be within the warranty coverage, we will repair it free of charge, or send you the machine’s parts (if applicable) within a maximum of 10 business days.
For products that do not meet the warranty conditions, the user shall bear the corresponding repair or replacement costs and shipping costs.
The One Year Warranty is voided if:
♥Machine shows signs of being dropped
♥Machine shows signs of ink/liquid within the internal body and motor components
♥Machine shows signs of tampering.
♥Machine shows sign of internal parts replaced on your own
