Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
l Your item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
l Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
l Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Note: Disposable items, used products, ink, and hygiene-related products cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide:
l Photos or videos showing the issue.
l Your order number and product name.
After verification, we will offer replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation.
How to Request a Return

l Our customer service team will guide you through the process.
l Once approved, you’ll receive the return address and shipping instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a fault on our end (e.g., wrong or defective product).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
l If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
l Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change a product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
l Opened or used needles, cartridges, or inks.
l Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
l Customized or private-labeled products.
